Amy Wise and Gina Picicci both worked for Real Property Investment Services, Inc. (a family-owned property management company serving closely held real estate partnerships) in Southern California when they met. Both started at a young age and have spent their entire careers in this industry. RPI leadership invested in their development and growth over two decades. As the founders of RPI retired from full-time leadership, that generation passed the reigns to Amy and Gina who took the opportunity in 2009 to rebrand and grow the property management business.

Together Amy and Gina built a company that today reflects the mentorship and empowerment Amy and Gina received around respect, generosity, and personal development. Past management experience includes residential, commercial, industrial, and retail projects. Today our focus is on multifamily communities where we consider it an honor to provide homes in which people can live their lives well.

People are the foundation of our business, both as team members and as residents, and we choose to make them our priority. This, in turn, adds value to our client’s investments, many of whom use their profits to give back to charitable organizations. We communicate those stories throughout Bella so we stay aware of the greater purpose in our everyday property management tasks.

Our leadership was mentored in the property management industry to look at assets “like an owner”; something many third-party management companies have not had the opportunity to develop. Our long-term hold vision for our own investments undergirds our ability to optimize the performance potential of an asset to a client’s specific strategy. Tactical competencies are important, but we pride ourselves in our ability to strategize long-term.

Because we value personal and holistic growth, we prioritize involvement in our industry associations and are proud members of the Arizona Multihousing Association and the National Apartment Association. We encourage our team members to participate in education and networking events with both, as well as to seek other educational and growth opportunities. This allows us to cultivate a large company innovation with a small company heart. We take risks and make investments in innovative practices and technologies the way only a large company might.
